Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with previous dispatching and customer service experience, preferably in the plumbing industry.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional customer service, communication and organization skills.
Job Description In this role you will be tasked with responding to service requests, scheduling appointments, and routing technicians.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Answering incoming calls.
Responding to online service requests.
Building rapport and establishing trust with our clients.
Scheduling customers for Same-day-Service or future appointments.
Using Dispatching Software to retain client information and route technicians.
Routing service calls based on availability and location.
Communicating with technicians regularly throughout the day.
Updating clients on time of arrival when needed.
Handling client concerns and scheduling changes.
Establishing daily reports for Office Manager.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfactory customer service.
What we offer $12.
