We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and innovative Permanent Remote Product Manager to join our team.
This exciting role offers the flexibility of remote work, with an expectation of 25% travel for on-site collaborations, customer interactions, and team meetings.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience working with Radio Frequency (RF) technology, radar, camera, and/or AI products that have both hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our technological innovations.
You will:
1.
Lead the development and execution of product strategies and vision, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
2.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
3.
Understand and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
4.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of product plans.
5.
Oversee the development of new products, making sure they meet quality standards and are cost-effective.
6.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure products meet market needs.
7.
Manage product-related support, feedback, and inquiries from users.
8.
Use data and metrics to define product success, track performance, and make necessary improvements.
9.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in the technology industry, specifically in the areas of RF, radar, camera, and AI.
Qualifications:
To be a successful candidate, you must have:
1.
Experience working as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar role in a technical product company or defense contractor.
2.
Solid experience in hardware and software product management.
3.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
4.
The ability to work effectively in a remote setting and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
5.
A keen analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
6.
Preferred:
A strong understanding of RF, radar, camera, and AI technologies.
